Annual Golf Pass
For golfers who belong to religious denominations that prohibit membership in fraternal organizations, or anyone else who would prefer to not hold an Elks membership, we offer an Annual Golf Pass. It carries all the priviledges of golf membership, except access to the Elks Lodge side of the Clubhouse and participation in member-only tournaments.
Pricing for the Annual Golf Pass is:
Family Pass.............$68.50 mo ($822 yr)
2 Party Pass............$66.58 mo ($799 yr)
Single Pass..............$56.00 mo ($672 yr)
One time initiation fee..........$100

To join Hastings Elks Country Club WITHOUT joining the Elks Lodge, choose the type of Annual Golf Pass that fits your life:
• Annual Golf Pass (Single)
If you have only one golfer in your household.
• Annual Golf Pass (Two-Party)
If there are two people who golf in your household
• Annual Golf Pass (Family)
If you have more than two people in your household who golf
Other Information:
The initiation fee is applied to continuous membership, however, if a pass purchaser sits out a year the initiation fee will be paid to reinstate.
Golfing pass carriers may participate in club sponsored tournaments with the exception of those listed as Elk members only. Such as the 159 tournament. Students are limited to weekdays which eliminates them from tournaments. Elk members have priority on all tournaments.
Pass carriers have access to the golf course only and are restricted from the lodge side of the bar. They have access during family night, Stags, and tournaments or anytime the lodge is open to the public,or if invited in by an elk member.
All trail fees and special assessments apply to pass carriers. A special assessment for example: A fuel surcharge each time they fuel a personal cart or use a club cart. A $1.00 per nine holes, trail fee is charged for all players
If choosing monthly billing, pass purchasers must select direct debit system. Golfing passes are good for (1) one year from the date of purchase.
Note: the direct debit contract is a enforceable instrument. Direct Debit requires a routing and account number, credit cards or debit cards will not work. A voided check is required.
